Despite Shinada being a relatively inexperienced fighter, Kineicho is one of the simpler districts to navigate and the vast majority of combat encounters don't demand too much so long as you train up Shinada appropriately. That all being said, once you get to the Coliseum in Kamurocho, you can access the "Street Fight GP" tournament, which has a bunch of weird stuff dumped into the ring that you can use and abuse. Once you reach Kamurocho, Minamida can be found in the Theater Basement (past the lockers, down the escalators). gameplay was fine outside of haruka's section, but the story is outright terrible.
